Pretio Asset Innovation Inc., together its subsidiary, Pretio DeFi Solutions LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Pretio DeFi”), and with its global partners, forms the foundation of the Pretio ecosystem, leading the responsible development of gold and other precious metals, oil and gas interests, and real estate projects.
All verified reserves, production data, and title documentation support seamless integration with Pretio Digital Assets Ltd., a Cayman Islands company ("Pretio Digital"), which tokenizes these assets to unlock new liquidity and broaden investor access through compliant offerings and decentralized finance.
Governance and long term stewardship of these tokenized assets are overseen by the Pretio Foundation, Cayman Islands foundation ("Pretio Foundation"), ensuring transparency, accountability, and sustainable value creation through decentralized autonomous structures.

The North Terrace claims are located in British Columbia's premier mining district, north of Harrison Lake. A National Instrument 43-101 technical report confirms a diverse portfolio of mineral reserves and outlines a resource potential of up to four million troy ounces of gold.
